Published in Plain Talk magazine - an anti-communist magazine published in the US between 1947 and 1950 - the poster claims to map the system of gulags in the Soviet Union, offering readers a reward of $1,000 for any 'evidence disproving the authenticity of the Soviet documents here produced'.
