Soviet poster from the Second World War instructing citizens not to gossip. Probably one of the most famous Soviet posters from the war, it was designed by Nina Vatolina and published in 1941. The poster includes a short poem by the Soviet poet Samuil Marshak that reads: "Keep your eyes open. / These days, / Even the walls have ears. / Chatter and gossip
 / Go hand in hand with / Treason."
