Soviet posters

Propaganda posters and designs published in the Soviet Union.

From the 1917 October Revolution up until its dissolution 69 years later, the Soviet Union produced an enormous number of propaganda posters. We hope that the posters collected here reflect the staggering range of Soviet propaganda and art throughout the twentieth century, with subjects ranging from early educational campaigns to Space Age graphics.
