Poster published during the Belgrade offensive in 1944, during which the Red Army would capture the city from the Nazis with partisan help. It shows a deathly figure – branded with US, UK, Soviet and partisan flags and symbols – leaning over the ruined city while a woman cries over her child’s body. The text at the bottom reads “Belgrade, 16-17 April 1944".
